Apart from H&R and Eibach.

Found Megan Springs. See the link. Are these any good? Anyone heard of them/used them?

Any other recommendations. Looking just to lower the ride.

Super high spring rates...will ride like crap no matter what strut you use.

I would suggest the Swift Spec R springs for your 3 series. Great quality build and they will work with stock struts without feeling harsh or rough. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions!

Thanks. How does H&R and Eibach compare to Swift Spec R springs. I want a slightly stiffer ride but close to stock. I do not track the car
