If you haven't already post it on autotrader. Much better reach. eBay is also good although you will get a bunch of lowball offers you need to ignore.
Selling a car like this takes patience. You may get no enquiries for 3 weeks and then get 3 buyers in the fourth week.

Nice car. Also put it up on cars.com and craigslist. Get as much coverage as you can. The buyer on my 2013 came from cars.com, and my backup buyer was CL. Be prepared to wade through the muck, as mentioned above you will see low ball offers and "what is your best price?" many times. I didn't respond to those.

Good idea. Definitely need a lot of coverage.
You are right, a lot of goofy people who think they are going to get the deal of a lifetime not to mention the scams to pay with Paypal. Fun times but I'm optimistic I'll get it sold. |

There seems to be a ceiling for interested buyers out there. The magic number is 75k. I've had so many offers around this figure that I have to wonder where this ceiling is coming from. Will I sell a 100k car for 75k after one year and 8800 miles, no. What is up with this magic number?

Nice color combo car!
I've been shopping for the "right" used M5 and seems prices are all in the low to mid 80k range with lots of examples to chose from in that range. For me, I want a mint well cared for 6-speed manual car (minor mods ok) but price has to be good. I would guess most of the $75k offer guys don't need a car but will pull the trigger if price is enticing enough. If you want to keep waiting then eventually you will get your buyer but if you want to move the car, the magic number is mid to high 70's.
