changed coil plug and injector...misfiring still

my mechanic got it down to either wiring to the coil or computer problems....the 4th cylinder coil/plug is giving no spark...what could be the problem? has this happened to anyone else?

Check plug and spark plugs....Interchange them if that doesn't work it can be fuel injectors. Also your mechanic should do a compression test as well to see if the cylinder is not holding enough pressure.
