Review:

I had ordered this car 2 months ago to spec. It was the first 2008 335i coupe received by my dealer. By the way, BMW just came out with an offer last week and I received a financing rate of 4.90%!!! Anyone who is looking to purchase should take advantage of this rate.

The car is simply gorgeous! I love the color and the rims and the keyless entry feature. The sports seats are a MUST! The back is surprisingly roomy but I do find that headroom up front is a bit limited if you are short and have to sit forward to operate the clutch.

The I-pod integration and Sirious work very well and the Bluetooth is easy to set up. The voice activation is kind of slow but its a good feature to have. The adaptive lights are great and the cabin is very clean though I wish it had more storage.

Now to the best part...The engine: What a great sound it makes every time I fire up the car!!! I am in love! To me, it has the best of both worlds. If you drive it slow and shift early it stays out of your way but if you give it some foot then you got a deep growl that will make the hairs in you back stand up.

I feel no need to install a Proceed but this might change as you tend to get a little bored with any car (regardless of the power). After all, no doubt that there is someone out there that is bored of Hallie Berry.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I am happy to be part of the BMW club.

The wait for this car was killing me!

Tell me about it--6 months is ridiculous. I did ED: Ordered beginning of May, built in July, ED early Sept, MAYBE dealer pickup early November.

But I did get 1 week on the Autobahn.

It did come with the flashlight and I noticed something in the 2008 which is LED lights in the rear license plate. Pretty sweet!

The question should be, did it come with the traditional BMW plug-in rechargeable flashlight or the mini-mag non-rechargable version.

The point is that in an emergency, you always had the old version ready to go, with the mini-maglight, the 1 time you might need it, the batteries will probably be dead.

I got the crappy, non-rechargeable flashlight (didn't even know the 2007s had that feature).

A buddy of mine already got his new 335 and it came with a turbo-charged engine with 70 more hp than the old 330! I can't believe BMW keeps switching things on us.
