October Lease Rates?

Any word on this yet for the 335i? Im taking delivery of my car next week and the lease rate is STILL NOT OUT FOR OCTOBER?!?!?!??!?!

Many posts on this topic! Do a little searching but I will be nice and just restate this, again...

Do you have a coupe or sedan?
coupe MF = .00275 residual .60
sedan MF = .00255 residual .60

I´m pretty sure the dealers have had them for a few days. no?

About a week they have had them, the 4.9% financing might be alittle newer though.

I have been reading other topics. From what i see, there is only the September lease rates which is .00275 @ 60% for the coupe.

I also heard theres a CHANCE that the rates might be lower in october but i do not see them posted on E90forums or bimmerfest.com.

Hence, i created the topic

.00235 for 335i coupe
.00200 for 328i coupe

i can't remember the rates for the sedan's off the top of my head right now.

E93 is still standard rate.

Is that a special rate you guys have? The demand for coupes in colorado is so high that the rate I was quoted was .00275 for a 335xi coupe.

Hey Will what I want to know and maybe you can help is that when I go filling out the paperwork, if the my CA quotes me a higher MF and if I tell him that I read that the MF for Oct is .00235 for the 335i coupe, what kind of proof is there to confirm that MF rate? I understand that they can have that "buffer" of .0004, but is this something where I can tell him that it is set by BMWFS? I doubt I can tell him that I got the rates from e90post.com. Thanks.

Just tell him that you know the rates - and you will only buy for the buy rate.

Ask him to show you his rate sheets from BMW FS

Im with ya buddy. my car is being delivered to me at the end of the week, damn everything worked out perfectly, now i dont have to wait till NOV 1.
