That's awesome! I was really curious to see what was inside there and how everything worked.

So the packing was around the connecting pipe to the other muffler right?

yup packing was around connecting pipe. not sure where im going to go with this though. any suggestions?

also i realized at the end im a retard for cutting the bottom off instead of the top

Imagine if there was no connecting pipe and that little muffler was the only rear muffler? I wonder how loud that would be.

How is the work over there. We have been 4 weeks out on appointments for over a year. Just opened up another dealer, and they are slow. But we finally got down to two weeks.

cut it out and replace it with a straight pipe. wonder how it'd sound.

btw... this kinda seems like what eisenmann does for some systems. their e90 325i/328i/330i setups seem to be stainless steel molds of the stock muffler casing with the inside plumping redone and different tips.
