So if I got this what kind of fees do I need to pay other than the monthly payment?

Right now Im guessing by getting this car from you I don't have that down payment or that cash due at signing that I would have to do if I went to BMW and did a brand new lease through them?

Im not familiar with leases

Are you sure that if you decide to 'not go through with the deal' BMW would still refund the $400? I thought it was only if they dont' approve you. Guess you learn something new everyday I went through a lease assumption process and I can tell you it's a painless process. It's advertised as a 3-4 week period; however if you are vigilant with your paperwork and get everything to them quickly it hardly takes 10 days. I think mine took about 8 days for everything to be done. 10th day, I was setting up shipment for the car to be shipped to me

OP... Great car. Exactly how I would have ordered it (options wise); but I'm more of a mineral grey color. GLWS

Okay so you are giving 2k to bmw to decrease the payment or the the person who takes over the lease? Miles per year? What applicable taxes would the over taker encounter?

Im curious, I went to BMWs website and built a 328xi with just about everything I could add to it, and it said the payment would be $611.
How is it that you're 335 is less than the 328xi?

Most times the website calculator is inaccurate and will usually quote you a much higher payment than you actually end up paying.

Second, I negotiated an absolutely amazing deal on this car ($62,000 MSRP) and am passing the savings on to whoever decides to take over the payments. Pretty simple. It's a great deal.

Using the website is useless. It doesn't take into account a ton of variables that will effect the lease price, the least of which is your ability to negotiate. Also if you read the OP's actual payment is $658 but he's offering an incentive.

Beautiful color combo. Would have jumped on this deal if my car was sold already! GLWS!

Thanks guys. It's a very unique and attractive color combo. All I can say (and I'll try not to be too cliche here) is that both colors looks 10 times better in person. The camera never seems to accurately capture the subtlety and impressive presence of both the Estoril Blue II and Coral red.

It will most likely be the same color combo I choose for my next BMW.
