Lights question
Hi
I have just bought a 57 plate BMW 330D Saloon it only has the halogen lights. I would like to upgrade to the bi xenons preferably the adaptive ones. Are all the xenons on these models adaptive anyway? Is it just a case of buying new light units and replacing? Guessing not that simple. I am not overly technical and would like to know roughly how much this will cost for the parts, and what are all the parts I need. If you have part numbers even better. Thanks for help. |

They are not all adaptive - if you use the search there are a few people that have done it but to do an MOT-capable install (i.e. with self-levelling and washers) you can wave goodbye to a grand easy.

Like above it is not as easy as it sounds due to the laws related to xenons and MOT. Nothing is impossible if you want it that much and have the cash though.
