FS: BMW Style 230 and Pirelli PZero RFTs
SOLD!
I have a set of OEM Style 230 (made by BBS) staggered 19" rims for sale (19 X 8 fronts; 19 X 9 rears). The picture confirms all are totally clear of any gutter rash. They do have the expected small chips but only noticeable on close inspection. The tyres are Pirelli P-Zero RFTs (225/35 fronts; 255/30 rears) with very good tread life. Approx 6-7 mm on the front and 8 mm on the rears. Some scraping of rim protector on one of the fronts by careless previous owner but it does not effect the tyre at all. The rears were apparently replaced before I bought the car these were off - probably only done a couple of thousand kms from the look of them and tread depth. Black centre caps included (vinyl overlay type). If you want a set of OEM 19s which will be hassle-free for quite a while - these are it. Price $1,100 pickup in Canberra or postage at buyers expense (estimated at $100 to Eastern state locations; $150 elsewhere). For high res photos for more detailed inspection, please PM me with your email address. This shows tread depth in front and rear tyres: Last edited by JJH; 09-15-2013 at 06:48 PM.. |

My bad.. I've just realized that the "style" is for the number 230 not for the OEM.. so I assume it is the real deal. I also got confused because the logos in the middle are black and white instead of blue and white. I've sent you a PM...

How have you found the Pierlli pzero RFT's? I'm needing new tires soon but still hesitantnt to move away from RFT's since I have no spare wheel. Want something that is better than the RE050A RFT's though

That is what I did and yes, overall big improvement for sure. On the other hand, if the car is stock and/or a daily driver, RFTs do the job. In isolation, the Pirelli's were good and I understand the better option than the Bridgestone. I will admit that is limited to what I have read.
