Took 335I to the Dyno
As the title says took it to the dyno today. Car is pretty new, just 900 miles. No mods, completely stock. This was a Dynojet, around 80 degrees outside.
Had a hard time keeping it in gear for whatever reason, but ended up with first run shifting, but a second good run. 1. 266 hp, 274 tq. 2. 276 hp, 287 tq. These are SAE corrected, correction factor was 0.99. Air Fuel was about 13, dropping off to 12.5. Trying to scan the dyno graph, but the graph is so lite, scanner is not picking it up. Power is peaked at between 5-6K, dropping of to about 255 by 6500 rpms. Pretty happy with the outcome. |

Looks that way I thought I'd post both to keeps things honest.
1st run was off, kept trying to keep it in gear, but it downshifted even in Manual mode for whatever reason. Anyways, this was the base run in case I do something to the car. |

So downshifting DOES occur in manual mode? I have a friend who was considering a steptronic and he swore up and down that manual mode meant manual.
