E90 lci tail light retrofit

Ok so i did my retro fit with a csl trunk re wired the cables in the inner lights work great now i know i meed coding for the pop up warning lights i found the codes how ever someone mentioned even with coding i need to upgrade or have at least fmr2

How can i find out if i have fmr1 or 2 if i have one is it possible to code on one or do i need to swap my car is 06 330i so i assume is one but not completely sure

You have frm1 and it can be coded to have LCI lights.

Sweet i have an appointmnt to get coded today but i never mentioned to the guy that i had fmr1 and i as confused

You will be fine! Coder should have no issues if he know what he is doing
