idle vibration...maybe misfiring on cold start
hey guys my car is vibrating thru the chassis everytime on cold start and it seems like when I drive it and warms up it goes away! seems like it might be misfiring! I already has the sparks, valve cleaning, coils battery cable recall, water pump and thermostat and hpfp changed not to long ago. what could it be any way to test injectors or is there a leak somewere I should be looking for?

Sounds like injectors to me.
After driving, shut the car off and let it sit for an hour. Pull the plugs and check to see if any of them are wet with fuel. If any of them are, you have a leaky bad injector(s). Very common and very expensive if you are out of warranty since they have to be coded to your car and changed in sets of three(banks 1-3 and banks 4-6). Also make sure you get the most updated part number as they have recently released a better revised injector. -Nick |
