how to blackout the headlight?

I read that I can diy and paint the headlight black.
while I'm not sure if I can do that...
is there anywhere I can get blackout headlights?

What are you asking? Are you asking for a diy to do the blackout of the housing or just to put a tint over the light?

The tint is easy but the housing is a rather difficult task.
