Fully loaded F32 M Sport or E92 M3 With Competition Package?
Fully loaded F32 M Sport for ~$66K or E92 M3 With Competition and Premium Packages for ~$68K?
Would lease vs. buy make a difference? Disclaimer: I opted for the F32 (not easy)... EDIT: As you can see, I changed my mind and picked up a frozen blue E92... Last edited by lsal; 07-18-2013 at 09:51 PM.. |

Small sample, but still surprising to me...

Loaded question
I guess it depends on what you want out of the car. If you are performance oriented, the M3 makes more sense. Personally, I'd choose the M3 - very balanced car, and excellent for the track (not to say the F32 M-Sport isn't, but just different cars)

Haha...love the replies...the real question is why create this thread if you already ordered a F32? You must be a self loather. Sometimes I wish Bimmerpost had a facepalm icon, guess I'll just do this to myself

Funny how things work out... I went in to the dealer today to sign off on my 435 build, and ended up walking out with a frozen blue M3... I love the way the new 4s look, and unlike many here, actually care about cool tech such as HUD, but that ripping engine sound is just too fun! Have to wait until the end of the month to pick up (bmw driving experience discount is only for end of month delivery), so now I have to maintain my cool for another few weeks.

Pics or it didn't happen...congrats! This thread should serve as a true inspirational story for Bimmerpost! Wait a month!?!? That sounds unbearable, you already sign the papers or just have a deposit down?

Apparently I need to resize in order to upload - just finishing my move to Boston (hopped to the dealer in between loading and unloading), so probably tomorrow when I have my PC set up...

OP: congrats! You made the right choice. 66k for a regular 3-series (4-series is still a 3-er to me). No, thank you, that's just crazy.

Wow can't believe you ended up with the M3. I've been really debating for the past few days between a $60K 435 or a certified pre owned m3 with 30k miles for $58K with competition package, DCT, Convenience Package and Premium Package. I've been stuck on the 4 for some time now but the M3 sounds like a really good deal my only concern with the M3 is the gas mileage I know it's a gas guzzler but then again... It's an m3. Smh decisions decisions. Any advice anyone?
