ordering Ipod touch from Apple.ca?

I am about to preorder ipod touch from apple.ca

is it shipped from canada.. which means no broker fee/duty...

Didn't matter whether it's being shipped from Canada or not because you will have to pay taxes when you check out anyway. As a result, no broker fee/duty.

yes.. nm.. I just ordered it by phone...
and the only things I pay is GST/PST
the guy told me I will get the first shipment

if you order by phone, you get first shipment,
if you order by website, you get the second shipment... lol that's what he said...

i've got mine a few days ago...... love the iphone so much.... but u need an adaptor in order to play it in ur car thru the aux input..... damn!!

too bad i only just saw this thread now...mark my words. apple is releasing a new product mid november....its going to be a miniture iphone. price is speculated to be around the mid $4xx mark

I actually want to know if the iPhone is compatible with the oem iPod connector.

the iphone is basically exactly the same as the ipod touch with the added phone features. it's truly amazing, I love it. I don't really use mine as an mp3 player (still use ipod video in my car, etc...) but really the video/mp3 function is incidental on the iphone.
