Pre Lci Hood options and ?s

So got into a accident and ruined my front bumper, hood, lights ect.

and have been looking for aftermarket hood options for pre-lci sedans and cant find any that are not CF, i have searched for answers to my questions but i would like the opinion from the forum. So my ?s are

1) what vendors sell aftermarket hoods for the e90 i know of *odbargins, JGmods

2) are there any issues with CF cracking due to temperature change as i live in a place were it snows ?

3) Main Difference between FRP and CF ? Which is easier to paint ?
