Circuit Fun!

Had a ball competing in out Ultimate Street Car Challenge with 90 superfast cars modified. Finished 24th overall. Event consists of 2 full circuits, autocross, 6x rally Stages (tarmac), Top end run & 1/4 mile.

Some of the cars competing were:

- 600hp Skylines
- 550hp Roushe Noble
- 3-4 Modified Evos' (a 10 second one as well)
- 10 very modified Subaru's (all with coilovers, suspension, built motors, etc)
- Arial Atom (run 11.0 1/4 mile, but its deisgned for corners)
- Lotus Elises & Exiges (one of them also a 10 second modified one)
- Ultima GTR
- Kleeman Supercharged C55
- 5x M3 turbo's
- 2x M3 supercharged
- APS Twin turbo 350Z
- M3 CSL
- Z4 M Roadster

Congrats on placing 24th, that is very impressive considering the cars that you were up against.

Seems like a really cool idea for an event.

Wow, that looks awesome. I would have just wanted to watch, that is some sexy machinery.

At driving events, I'd say it's 70% driver and 30% car. You'll be humbled quite nicely when you are in a 2008 M3 and get passed by a 318i in the corners because he's so much of a better driver than you.

That said, good job M&M!

Yeah driver makes all the difference on cornering events. That said, most of the top cars were driven by pro's like local Rally champions or Group N drivers. Some guys even hired pro's to drive their cars for them. I guess its quite a public event & there is some marketing abound.

The car that came 1st was that wire frame with an engine in the right hand lane:
