A few days ago both horns on my 2012 F30 3.20d stopped working, probably due to extensive use (during the protests in Istanbul, Turkey). At the same time I was also charging my phone from lighter socket, which made me think that it could be due to blown fuse.

I opened up the fuse box in the trunk and checked the fuse legend to see where the horn fuse was located but it has only gotten me more confused (see the attached photo please).

Does anyone know the meaning of the sign next to the horn sign?
Is there anyway I can fix this without going to the service?

Any help is much appreciated!

It would seem to indicate there is an in-line fuse on the car's underside but this doesn't make much sense. No fuse number?

None. I checked all fuses both in the trunk and in the front but all of them are fine
