Judging on Performance.....
I just had a great idea, and I wanted to know if anyone agrees.
Is it ok if we judge products on how they perform rather then who makes them(and how they act)? Just curious..... |

Either way, I think everyone get sick of hearing about actions of owners rather then the performance of the product. I thought we were on a BMW forum not on the View.....Whatever you guys what to do though...... |

I just think a lot of people on here have no concept of how much work goes into making some things and really can't tell a well made part from a POS part. They just go with the flow. If everybody likes it, they like it. If someone says it sucks, they rip on it.

BTW, all of this BS about Terry, including this post, I think catches a lot of controversy because those of us who were on this forum when Terry was around not only saw his lack of social skills (I can care less about this, but some people seem too), but more importantly the fact that I want my own tuner to know WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more about tuning cars then I do. I want them to be the person that answers my questions about tuning turbo cars, not the person that asks the forum questions. I know that everyone needs to start somewhere, but just don't start with my car. This is my own opinion, but for others to say that its based on personal reasons is totally off base. I look for a tuner with a lot of experience, not someone who was asking an enthusiast forum for advice 6 months ago. Maybe I am wrong for thinking this way, but its the way that I view things from an enthusiast's point of view with basic knowledge of tuning and turning a wrench.
