translated into the voltage?

The nearest I found was FF,0F which is equal to 18 Volt.

It could mean anything. 0xFF is just 255 in decimal or 11111111 in binary (one byte all 1's). When you have a hex value, it has to be normalized to the value being represented. Suppose you have a value that can vary between 11.00 and 14.80 V. That's a 3.80 volt spread. If your resolution is 0.01 volts, that's 3.80 volts or 0.015 volts per bit. 0x00 hex would be 11.00 and 0xFF would be 14.80. 13.21 volts would be 0x95 (149 decimal): 149/256*3.80+11.00=13.211718... Get it?

No, not at all. All I'm saying is that without context, the numbers are meaningless. Somewhere buried in all the daten files are instructions to tell the device what range of binary numbers equate to a real world range like a voltage. Without knowing what parameter those numbers are associated with and how they are normalized with respect to the parameter, then there is nothing that can be said about those hex numbers you posted.
