What a pointless test..

Heroes Humbled? More like "Auto express being wankers and stating the obvious" That journalist must have been bullied at school....

Running old cars against new ones is a bit like punching a 4 year old, then laughing when they cry and calling them a loser.

Old performance cars are not about being the fastest thing 20 years later, eveyone knows they are old hat know, slow, rusty, squeaky, unreliable, polluting etc etc, but that's not why people run them, they're memories / snap shots in time.

It's not quite cut and dried though is it. Both launched like amateurs and 16 secs is abysmal for an E30 M3, i was doing 16's in a E36 318 back in the day

They launched like I expect the owners would like to see them launched - would you give them your ltd edition E30 M3 and like it if they revved the bollocks off it and side stepped the clutch?

I would say let me launch both the cars, they launched like girls not because they were asked to... Because if they were asked that they would have just pulled away.
