For the general public that doesn't understand how the costs of paint are fluxuated. When you respray a car professionally, its going to cost you about $1,000 less than to spray it a whole new color. If he wanted this Estoril blue it would've been $4,000, and to keep it the same $3,000. Just an analogy....

I think it's just the lack of "plasti-dip" that's upsetting the locals.

Need sunshine pics before anyone can say yeah or nay on the new paint though.

BUT, respraying your car an OEM color is like walking through life without extra holes in your face or quaint and "unique" tattoos to many people. It just doesn't make any sense to the majority so in essence now YOU are the rebel.

Your lack of conformity concerns them.
