Dealer Recommendation in Ottawa?

Hi fellows,

I will be in the Ottawa area at the end of Oct. My 330xi might need new front brakes (again or at least another diagnosis) and I was planning to have one of the dealers in Ottawa do the work while I will be in the area.

Any recommendation from fellows enthousiasts would be greatly appreciated.

This would the third time in less than two years that the front brakes would need replacing. The initial set lasted me three years plus no problem. Anybody have any possible explaination what could make the brakes go bad that fast.

The proble with the brakes is vibration felt through the steering wheel when decellarating around 80km/h only. Any braking over 80 and under 80 no vibration what so ever.

Ummm ya...guess i'll represent for Ottawa. You've got Otto's BMW and Elite BMW. I've had warranty work done at Otto's and they seemed to be alright, as for ELITE I've never dealt with them. To be honest when it comes to dealerships...pick ur poison. Hope thay helps

I would have to agree with FLaNKeR. Pick your poison. When I wanted to get my alarm activated, Otto's quoted me $400. Elite quoted me $100. However, when my friend did the same, he got opposite quotes.

I havn't had any other work done, so I can't really make any recommendations.
