Anyone do coding in Toronto, Canada?

Looking for someone to code my 2007 323i E90. Just basic type stuff (windows up/down using fob, digital speedo, etc.).
Can anyone do this in Toronto? Will the dealer do it, or is this outside of their service offerings?
