I need to find a detailer for my really filthy car. Even though I get my car washed FOC by my BMW Dealership and they do a fabulous job, after seeing @derekh929's car, I would like to do the same to mine.

I've got a list of approved Detailers from Detailing World, but which one do I choose? Any suggestions, please?

Rob Leys - he only lives a few mins from me, I have given him a few cars for full details and paint corrections and I cannot recommended him highly enough.
He has won many awards and his attention to detail is 2nd to none.

These guys are really good too - http://www.elitedetailing.co.uk/Home (based in West London - Mayfair). They do a lot of top end sports cars.

Their new car detail (can travel to the dealer too I believe) costs the same as what dealers try to sell their "paintwork protection" for. Their products will last longer and you have the security they know how to apply the products properly (I guarantee you 99% of dealers will put swirl marks, or worse, when apply their paintwork protection products).
