Voice Control

I thought this only came with advanced Bluetooth? I pressed the button yesterday and successfully swapped to Radio and back to USB. Perhaps handy at 70 in the M8. Will need to see what else it can do. Still. Bonus.

Yeah, Jekyll reported on that after driving the loaner. It's really nice to see it confirmed. Just a bit naff that this kind of thing isn't explained by BMW themselves.

I didnt' realise you could change mode on the sound system. All the functionality I found was to do with the phone - dial number, save contact names and dial those contacts. Actually the most useful stuff I think!

There's a button on the steering wheel for switching modes right next to the Voice Command button so cant see this being used much

However, this could be a good start to learn a few favourite commands.

[Recent Destinations]
[Phonebook]
