I've got a guy in St. Pete that does great work. $250-$300 and he matches the paint unlike other shops that just take your paint code and roll with it.

They did a shitty job prepping, i took my car to Mireks European and the guy there explained to me how my lip wasn't prepped right, they didn't use adhesive for paint to stick to abs plastic and they didn't prep it at all they just painted over the lip. Which explains why when i hit a parking median i saw the paint flake. (had i not hit the median you wouldn't be able to tell though, for 170 it didn't look bad) Mirek said they would repaint my lip for $300 the right way so I'm assuming if you bring it in w/out them having to strip paint and repaint it it's probably cheaper. Check them out they are legit, they work on tons of BMW and Porsche there. http://www.mirekseuropeanauto.com/
