I would recommend Best Buy. I've seem a lot of their installs and the amount of resources they have available. Also all of their installations come with lifetime warranty! If you decided you want the factory radio put back in, it's included. If you need troubleshooting... it's included.
When I go to install my amp i'm going to bring it there.. no hassle for me |

depends on the installer though.
also installing sub/amp combos are super easy, especially with aftermarket radios. im just too lazy to read up on any differences using stock professional radio lol. might have too though. i can see myself paying 100 bucks to run a few wires |
