It may be new but it is 2 generations behind the current model AND will suffer greatly in the near future because of it's lack of power.

In your defense, $200 is low balling but, I don't think you'll get $400 for it.

the iPad 4th gen with retina is $480 brand new at sams club/costco.
iPad 3rd gen $400 through apple authorized refurb with warranty.
iPad 2nd gen $300 through apple authorized refurb with warranty.

Prices above are what I found through 2 websites only, I've seen them cheaper via slickdeals.

It's not brand new -- its an opened item, it takes 20 seconds to clean the screen and return it to factory specs.

I offered $200 which is 50% off of the $400 you are looking to recoup and $80 less than a gen4 with retina lol wat, you could have came back and said $275 and I would have accepted. Good luck getting anything over $300 for it.
