AC69 code Wipers stop working

2009 335 Xdrive coupe, wipers stop, changed the realy with new OEM relay, problem still exists. Got out the Bavarian Technic tool and found code AC69, wiper blocked, will not throw a code. Does anyone knows what this means and more importantly the fix? Wipers will go through five or six cycles and randomly stop. Once started, I can't turn them off. They randomly stop, usually mid windshield. Any ideas, suggestions. help, thanks, Fran

Well congrats! My whipers stopped working yesterday in the middle of the rain. Trying to find a solution online. Service next week.

I just came back from service. THe whipers engine is burned. Needs to be replaced. They will try to send a report to BMW to swap it under "goodwill" as the car has 24k km on it. Prolly be rejected but service guy suggested...
