Air Flow

Can anyone confirm as I'm not sure if my service agent it talking crap. With the A/C on the drivers side I can adjust so that I get top/middle and bottom blow on the passenger side I can only do middle/bottom no top is this right ? The manual just says adjustment..

Seems that way, i was pressing the buttons the other day in terms of air flow and there are more options on the drivers side.

Yes that's correct, I was told its so the passenger can't turn the windscreen setting off
