I bought several M3 front bumpers from eBay and the fitment was spot on. No modifications, direct fit. I believe I paid $325 shipped for E90 and $375 for E92

JGMods is one of the better ones, I've seen lots of members here with reps from them.

I just picked mine up from MODMY3. Lowest price out of all vendors. Was looking at ebay but didn't trust it.

Seriously if you want a good quality m3 rep bumper for the right price, go with the ebay one, the fitment is 100% spot on, the guy has 100% feedback, I just bought mine from ebay a few months ago, I was in the same boat as you, not trusting ebay, but it's totally worth it, don't think twice about it, go order it now!

i ordered from the forum sponsor jgmods (he also carriers the model with the headlight washers). fitment will be as good as you can get for a rep. I had to order a few parts at once, and jgmods had everything i needed where as the ebay vendors didnt..so 1 bulk order off jg was the better and cheaper option...

here's a "big secret".... they're all the same most likely from the same manufacturer in china. think you pay a tax with the american companies since you can say i got mine from so and so instead of ebay.
think this rule applies to just about every plastic cosmetic part.
