What feels nicer Sport Springs or Race Springs

What are the spring rates of the sport springs compared to stock? i.e. are they 100 lbs stiffer or more, are the fronts stiffer than the rear, or are the front/rear the same rates? I'm guessing dropping over an inch will probably add about a half of degree of negative camber. In any case, stiffer springs and more negative camber will help the cornering a noticable difference.

If you mean smoother and not as harsh a ride, then Sport Springs would be the way to go. Not that Race Springs are necessarily a harsh ride. Generally, customers go with the Race Springs because they lower the car more.

Sport Springs do not lower the car as much and the spring rate is NOT as aggressive as the Race Springs.

Per H&R, generally there is an increase of 25-30% over stock. Also, the front springs will have a stiffer rate versus the rear ones. Hope this helps.

Why would some one want such an aggressive ride ?

Aggresive drop = aggresive looks, specially when mated with 19" or 20" wheels. Its mostly about the looks aka reducing the wheel gap.

Yea that’s the only reason I want it but when I talk to my friends they say they like the aggressive ride. Don’t really understand though

Some drivers just like to feel the road a little but more, also feel that they can maneuver the car slightly better with an aggressive ride.

H&R Race springs + runflats? Unless you drive exclusively on airport runways, pool tables, or gymnasium floors, OR only use your car for weekend track/autocross events, I HIGHLY recommend against this setup on your daily driver. If you do opt for it, be sure to order a kidney belt at the same time, you'll need it.

So would modifying the suspension with run-flat tires affect the ride that badly? I don't have the Sports package on my 325. I am new to all this modification stuff btw.

H&R race springs are VERY stiff for a street-driven car. Then factor in the 18" wheels & runflats, with their very stiff sidewalls, and you wind up with a car that's far more suited for track duty than street duty. The runflats are just one contributor to this situation.
