LCI Paddles in Pre LCI installed
Hi,
I installed LCI paddles in my pre lci! They fit perfectly on the M Sport steering wheel, no gaps like with the M3 paddles! I need to state - they need to be modified to work in pre lci motors! I believe it's done by adding a resistor to the circuit or you can buy the from a seller in the US..... not cheap at around £350 This is what the paddles should have been from the start - one up, the other down! Well worth it, if you can make the modification yourself! |

Looks great!!! But I do a lot of driving with one hand and love the ability to switch up and down with one hand as a daily.
Would be different for the track though. Does look amazing! JEALOUS! |

That looks great!
I am not a fan of my push/pull ones. Gets confusing when in the Safety Car and thats normal left/right combo and then I get in mine.. Id like to know how difficult this is.

I was going to attempt the modification but I found these at a stupid price! There a lot of info on this site (US forums).
They are smaller than the M3 paddles but they fit perfectly on the steering wheel & are chrome, so match the gear selector! The M3 version didn't match... which is why I went for these in the end. I think they are on E92 LCI, actually I think these are on all new models? |

They are late LCi 2010 onwards.
I've had both types and for most driving I prefer the earlier push/pull ones. They don't look as nice, but I prefer function over form. Others disagree. Everyone has different ideas! Mike |
