Cobb Log help
So i have been using an atr modified map for my car with e50 mix to it car seems to run great but i need to know if anyone can tell me why i pull timing correction on one log but not the other?
The logs i have attached were done back to back so temps and weather condition would obvsiouly be the same My mods are Cobb e50 atr map, BMD DCI, VRSF DP, Muffler Delete, VRSF 5" FMIC and e50 mix one thing i could think of is my spark plugs have 45k miles on them however i do not get misfire so they run strong but could that be the reason my car pulls timing sometimes? if so is it possible if plugs are bad to pull timing in one run but not the other Please let me know if my car is running healthy while your looking at my logs if i tuned the car to run way too aggressive or need to do anything to help run better? Thanks |

When my plugs were bad I would see timing drops on all cylinders and it just got worse and worse with time...
I think it's something you have to do. with that said, I don;t think it's the cure as in you will still have timing drops. timing drop of 12.75 is really really bad. I also saw that the drop happen post shift mostly. As in throughout the pull you're fine, you shift and everything craps out. I don;t have an auto, so I'm not sure whether this is the flatline they keep talking about. Do you have the Alpina flash? @themyst would be more helpful when it comes to auto

I'm just wondering why I get timing drops in one run but not the other?
If something is wrong i.e plugs then I would hope to see drops in all runs but the first log I did was perfect but the 2nd and 3rd right after had timing drops? So just curious to know the reason behind it |

timing drops are not always consistent throughout a pull. It happens to all of us. When it's not consistent nor severe you just ignore.
In your case, post shift drops are very consistent Whether is AT related or not, get the flash!!
