How do you update an entire module?
Hello,
I know how to change values in modules, the VO etc... How do you update the software on an entire module. Say the CIC for example, how can it be updated? Thanks Regards, |

Or you can also use WinKfp to update any ECU. I suggest you to use ICOM to update CIC. For the other modules you can use OBD USB cable. |

Updating the CIC is the fastest using the MOST connection. Even then, you need a proper power supply when doing an update like this.

Of course, addition power supply, some battery tender is necessary. ICOM will be the best option. You have to configure WinKfp. You will find a lot of info in internet. You will need the newest sp-daten + proper configuration for ICOM. Why you want to update it?

Don't update CIC without ICOM anyway. It is too risky.
