To have scrolling on nav screen possible?

I have my ipod hooked up & hate that it doesn't show all on screen since is to long.can we code it where it would scroll & show all info?Example , On iPod shows Ultra Music Festival 2013,but on Nav screen would show Ultra Music Da....
Can it be done to show all?

Kind of annoying when it only displays have the info even using an usb stick
Tried searching but no luck...
