How can I clean the inner side of the instrument panel glass?

Hi Guys,
I got my car [back] from the dealer after a service and there it was this mess on my instrument cluster. I tried to clean it up, but I found out that it is from inside. Any idea how to clean it? Is the glass removable?

You should look closely to see the watermarks on the lower left of the image.

Obvious suggestion -- take it back to the dealer.

When I said I got it from the dealer, I meant from the service department. I took it back and the service guy said: "We didn't do it." and "I have no idea how to clean it." me:

Damn that's not good. Was any work done where they would have taken that off?

Even if not, they should be able to help you. Sound like they didn't want to.

My insider bmw guy told me before that the service dept is trained to say no initially on most things.....and that a customer has to get upset before they will make exceptions.

Sounds backwards for a luxury brand service policy...but take that for what it's worth. Being the nice guy doesn't always work.
