Hi Guys/Gals,

Really quick one, does anybody happen to know the paint code for Ferric Grey?

Thanks guys, I'm taking the car to the Wheel Specialists in May to have the wheels refurbed and they suggested a gun metal colour of theirs but before I do decide I want to see what its like and if I don't like it Ill go for Ferric.

Yes I did Danny

Day I picked it up... Bronze-grey

Week later

Back to Silver. Apparently theres a few different shades even though they are the same paint code, something to do with where the wheels were made. But also they told me you could buy Ferric Grey paint from a shop one side of Manchester (for example) and buy another from the other side and they be totally different, to say I was fucked off was an understatement and that was the Wheel Specialist. To add their "standard" colours weren't even close to Ferric Grey too Chrome or too grey so I just went for their standard german silver which looks better than the standard Silver so now my wheels owe me nearly £700 FML.

Hi... What's the difference between the two shades? Which version did you choose for you wheels?

I had the local paint shop make me up a spray can of WA80 to repair damage on one of my OE Ferric Grey wheels & the match was excellent
