All online services dead for me this morning

Morning all!

As of this morning, none of the Connected Drive/Online services work. Pro Nav real-time traffic is also broken, can't get to News/Weather etc also. (going into "Update Services" and it tells me "No connection". Anyone else - or maybe just an isolated issue with my car.

Had the same with satnav yesterday....it wouldn't download a route using bmw online...it did do eventually after a few attempts...haven't tried any online services today.

Just tried bmw online and all working ok...news, weather etc.
Is yours still not connecting?

I had issues yesterday. Working again this morning.

As if by magic, this afternoon it started working again (noticed as the Nav was immediately showing the colour coded traffic info)! Seems a little bit temperamental - and no way to debug as far as I can tell ;-)

Has been an on-going problem for me. Traffic info worked for about the first 3 months I had the car, then after about October last year it works less than 50% of the time.

Use google maps to down load maps, instant load, that BMW site is crap.

Do you mean save to USB or download direct to car? If download direct to car how do you then put it into the satnav?

Mine hasn't been working all day either, but then at the end of my journey tonight it suddenly came back at 6.40pm. I noticed as it wasn't showing RTTI next to the arrival time.

Go to google maps on pc / mac, enter destination
Click on the link button and send

Choose Car then select BMW and enter your BMW Live userid. Click Send.

When you get to the car the info will appear in your car under OFFICE then messages. Open the message that looks like an e-mail. The address will be displayed, and choose start guidance (or sometheing like that) the sat nav will then take over...
