N54 Procede REV3 V5 and Dual cone intake kit. Everything is in great shape and works perfect. If you buy this kit new from Vishnu it would run $900 plus shipping. For a gently used kit you are saving $550. I am selling it because I no longer have the car. If you have never driven a 335i with a Procede installed, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Excellent product and great customer service from Vishnu if you want to get ahold of them for any reason. First $350 takes it. Shipping is $25 to anywhere in the U.S.A.
