Am I getting a fair deal for this?

For a 5-7 week would this be considered a "good deal"?

Premium package comes w/ BMW Assist, Bluetooth, Power folding mirrors, autodimming mirrors, compass on rearview mirror, leather. If you plan on getting leather, ur better off getting the premium package.

To be honest, you might want to wait but I think that's a pretty good deal (The first one)

They seem to be pretty good deals for US delivery. The $41,000 is $2045 under MSRP, or $1540 above invoice. No bad at all.

The $40,835 is $1460 under MSRP, or $2055 above invoice. That's a good deal for a 4 day delivery, and it's quite competitive with any offer you can get at your average BMW dealership.
