Do Cobb or JB-4 tunes kill gas mileage?

I know if you want to play, you have to pay. Just want to see what I'm getting myself in to. Thanks for any replies.

Of course!
Even if the tune itself doesn't kill the MPG with the higher boost levels, the driver will make it worse!

For me it's been minimal. Jb4, catless dp's, dci, and an axle back and I still average 21 or 22. The first few moths I owned the car it was 23mpg. Albeit mostly highway driving and I don't abuse the power just enjoy it every now and then.

Garage List
2008 BMW  [0.00]
Under normal driving no, I'm still about the same, maybe half a mpg down. When you are on it you aren't gonna get great gas mileage anyway but I dont have time to look down at how much, having too much fun driving!!

All depends on how much of a lead foot you have. Just installing it won't affect your gas mileage.

As everyone said it will probably go down a little, but well worth it. Depends on how you drive and how heavy your foot gets.

I get on mine quite a bit and rarely go under 21 mpg.
