Yellow Headlight Warning Light Help

I turned the car on today and received this yellow icon.
Then the drivers side headlight started to blink. It stopped them came back awhile later.

What does the warning icon mean?
Second Row far right. Yellow headlight lines pointing downward.

Well today the same thing and now the turn signal flashes really fast. Any ideas?
