Software update?

I just got my car updated to V.49.0.3 today. Since all my coding has been reseted i was wondering what version of NCS EXPERT do i need to use? Im curious because when i coded my car before the update, the dash gauges weren't functioning due to old version i had. If anyone can give me some info. I would appreciate. Thank You

NCS 3.1 should be ok along with EDIABAS 7.2. Are the gauges working properly after the update? After programming the KOMBI you need to code it to fix this, the same thing happened to me after I updated it with Winkfp. There is also a sticky about it.

Well i had old daten files so i downloaded v41 i believe and it fixed the gauge problem, but that was before updating to 49.0.300. The latest version for NSC is 3.1 and Ediabas 7.2?

7.3 and 4.0.1 are the latest included with BMW Standard tools 2.12. I think as long as you have 7.2 and 3.01 you'll be fine.

I sent you links to the torrents. 2.12 you can install NCS expert on 64 bit OS but I would recommend familiarizing yourself with 2.11 first. It should be sufficient for you to do what you need to do.

Here to help! If you screw up you coding you can always reset the module by coding with expert mode. Programming with winkfp is where it gets more dangerous.
