Performance power kit f30 335i x drive sedan

My dealer said they have the power kit available now for the 13 335i. Is it worth it. Anyone have it?

The specifically told you it was the tune and not just the performance exhaust and intake and some engine bay stickers?
The tune itself is supposed to come out sometime in spring but no one knows.
It's basically 30 more hp and torque I think but for the price and keep bmw warranty can't go wrong

Yea ask specifically about the tune. That keeps getting delayed. Some people got duped and bought a 'performance kit' that was basically different grills and an exhaust but no power bump via a tune.

Probably just means the performance exhaust. That'd be awesome if it were the power kit tune. But alas, it's been allusive.

Nope - thats not the real deal. Not for that small amount of money. The performance power kit is not out yet. This forum will light up when it is.

Several people I know at various BMW dealers who are Dinan dealers are talking about a tune coming out that will be factory supported and warranted. When this will happen is anyone's guess along with what it will cost but Dinan and BMW have a long history so I wouldn't discount the validity of this...

Can't be the exhaust though. Exhaust is 1500?

Okay, so Now I am confused.

There is a M Power Performance KIT (PPK) that gives about 15Kw and 30 or 50 Nm extra. This one is already out, at least here in Sweden.

However, above there seem to be a even better / stronger performance kit ? And it is not released (like the one I mention above). Where from is this rumor, and what does this "new performance kit" bring ? more power (yes please) or ?

Anyone ?

I hAve spoken to service advisor. He gave me a print out from bmw. His foreman says no it's not available but BMW printout He gave me that i have in my hand says yes it is available. It's 1100 dollars plus tax +145 for "labor". I just ordered it and he assured me it's the tune the intake "muffler" and the engine cover and the stupid stickers. He guaranteed me it's not the exhaust. I can show anyone the paper if they like with the print out and diagram. Just let me know how to post pictures on this forum.

They should receive the part in 2 business days. Call BMW bayside service center And ask for the BMW power kit (the tune). How do I upload a photo here of the parts through my iPhone ?

There is one for the E9X versions but the F30 is still a mystery as far as anyone can tell, but they have been saying it's available 'soon' for quite awhile.

Time to go check out the BMWUSA site now...
