hi
i juss came out from dealer
they can't cover with warranty...they found out the soap...it was inside of battarry.........y they put battery in the trunk???dam....this is so sux....
so, basically they gonnna give me 10%off and 1 more day rent car free...
price 525 with 10%off...
im wasting 525 for the stupid sh**.....i learn my lesson today...never put soap in the trunk anymore....
sensor is ok but the battary wire stuff?? they need to replace to new one...
there is like 3 or 4 wire i think......

i would suggest not putting soap in your battery next time....?

OK, So you washed your car, then placed the soap you were using in the trunk and went for a spin....

You came back and there was soap everywhere and an Airbag warning light?

So the dealer is screwing with the battery? I dunno, Makes no sense unless the soap got into the electronics somewhere otherwise I fail to see how soap is going to screw up a battery...

the OP's other thread got closed... he was carrying some car washing soap in his trunk and it spilled all over his trunk as the lid wasnt closed properly...

From the look of it, this isn't his biggest problem. But it appears as if a trunk liner would be a pretty good idea.

the spilled soap made its way down into your airbag sensor under the trunk liner, and probably shorted it out... be thankful that your airbags didnt fly out on ya.
