Launch J-Box Coding

So I'm always in the look out for new and easier stuff to work with when it comes to modding my car. I stumbled upon this from a Matco vendor.

In theory you can program and flash different OE modules to include programing key, radio retrofits and all that good stuff.

My question is has anybody used it before? If so does it do everything they claim it does? I searched around here and didn't find anything.
