Sometimes less is more ...

Not self-promotion or anything, just making things clear and explaining details for viewers

Your definition of clarification might be very different to others...
Usually it includes more than just +20 fonts and bold claims....
Take a page out of the posts from IND and a few others

The reason we are all here on M5post is to get updates on the M5, news, what tuners are upto, M5 bodystyling...etc
So self promotion is good, making it clear for people where tuners are at for M5 tuning.
So whoever will keep complaining about self-promotion, fonts, pictures, just leave the thread.
OR
Watch, comment & enjoy
Thanx All

Turbo upgrades

The best thing about this, IMO, is that the limits of drivetrain will be tested with this setup. I for one appreciate the time and effort that is being put in for pushing the limits and also to find out when these limits are making the car unreliable in any shape or form. R&D sometimes has a funny way of producing wanted and unwanted results - you deserve props for seeking the limits.

For those of you who are focusing on the M5 for 1/4 mile runs, we know there is plenty of horsepower there to spin the tires even in stock configuration. Are you using slicks for your drag racing efforts? If so, what sizes have you tried? If not, why not? I am curious how much stress the stock drive train can absorb from high rpm launches with tires that can actually grip in first and second gear! Any suspension changes to optimize the launch, even if those changes would compromise handling for turns?

wait.. so you just said they just released it but yet no details? ie a/r of the compressor housing size, how you are handling fuel ie larger injectors???

then you go on to say that you are "aiming" for a certain HP?? shouldn't you already have all of this before throwing out anything???

they released Stage ViP a month ago, which is without turbo upgrade, the results Were 712hp . PP-Performance just finished upgrading the turbos so they are now testing it on the car, results for this stage, VIP plus aren't out yet because they are still testing the new turbos on the m5. Results will be out soon. The only reason I posted this thread is to show the turbos after they got upgraded.
