Real time - WW website?
I called the 800 number and spoke to a rep today and they said that my car reached the port of exit yesterday (production started 3 1/2 weeks ago). From your experience, how accurate time-wise is the WW site in terms of the vin# check? In other words, has anybody found that their vin# didn't show up on the website until after the ship sailed? If so, how many days after?
Thanks for the help.....this is one long process.... |

Mine was about 3 days after the ship left - then it showed up
OC - useless 1-800 - will change first (usually day of, or day after departure) WWL site showed information ~3 days after leaving. Your CA can tell you which ship you're on once the 1-800 number has changed. |

It'll move to "Your vehicle is in transit. Contact your center....".
Come to think of it, I think it updates overnight, so up to 24 hours after you sail |
